PreparationWash before usel Sharp or cracked finger nails, rough skin, sharp-edged rings, bracelets, or wristwatchescan damage the sheer knitted fabric of your VENOSAN* when you are putting them on or taking them off.2. ApplicationThe initial fitting of the product must only be performed by medically trained specialists.Please note, compression stockings should be carefully applied and not simply pulled up the leg. It is bestto put on your stockings first thing in the morning, as soon as you get up. Your feet and legs must be dry.Talcum powder can be helpful if necessary.1. Turn the leg of the stocking inside out down as far as the heel, i.e. except for the foot, the inside of your stocking must be facing outwards.2. Use both thumbs to stretch the foot of the stocking open and pull your stocking over your foot.3. Grip the upper edge of the stocking and pull it over your heel.4. Once all the leg of the stocking is above your ankle, reach inside with both thumbs and massage the fabric up your leg with a zigzag movement.Since your VENOSAN stockings are made of highly elastic material it is very important that you do not pull the top seam up as hard as you can. The stocking has to be massaged upwards in a series of side-to-side movements.1. When removing the stockings, pull the top seam of the leg part downwards as far as your ankle.2. Push both thumbs between the knitted fabric and your leg and ease it over your heel.3. Pull the stocking slowly over your foot.Wear your compression stockings every day. Therapeutic success can only be ensured by wearing the stockings regularly.Please consult your doctor or chemist immediately if pains or severe skin irritations occur while wearing the compression stocking3. Care recommendation (care instructions)You can wash your VENOSAN compression stockings in the washing machine at max. 40°C on a delicates programme. Do not use any fabric softeners, optical brighteners or stain removers (such as turpentine, benzine etc.) To maximize the product lifespan do not use a tumble dryer or radiator for drying (see labell. Clean the silicone bands on self-supporting tops with alcohol regularly to improve adhesion.Storage and transport conditionsStore the stockings at room temperature and protect against humidity and direct sunlight. You can find the expiry date of your compression stocking in the form of an hourglass on the packaging label. Please note that the service life of compression stockings is 36 months when stored properly. Our custom-made products are intended to be used immediately, so no maximum storage date is Indicated on the packaging.DisposalThe VENOSAN" compression stockings can be disposed of in household waste.
